The pitch on these is that you get an organizer and a cooler in one bag. That is true. What matters is understanding what the cooler half actually is, because the word does a lot of work it has not earned.
What an integrated cooler bay actually does
It is a fabric compartment with a reflective or foam liner. There is no active cooling, no compressor, and — unless you add one — no ice pack. What insulation does is slow the rate at which the contents warm toward the temperature of the cabin. Slow, not stop.
In practice that means it is genuinely useful for the journey between a store and a freezer, and it is not a substitute for a cool box on a day out. Neither of the makers here publishes an insulation thickness, an R-value, or a hold time, and we are not going to estimate one — an invented number here would be worse than no number, because people would plan around it.

105 L with a cooler bay is the largest configuration FORTEM lists. It is a lot of organizer, and in most vehicles that is the problem rather than the point.
105 L is more than double the 50 L model. Before you buy it, put a tape across your cargo floor — in a mid-size SUV this occupies most of it.
Big soft-sided organizers only work when they are full. Half-loaded, a 105 L bag has enough slack for its own contents to move inside it.

Volume is not the same as footprint. A tall 65 L bag in a shallow sedan well wastes the height and tips; the same bag in a Highlander well is barely half the floor.

The compartment you give up
An integrated cooler bay is not free space. On the 65 L model it is one of the three compartments, so the practical dry-goods capacity is closer to two-thirds of the stated figure. That is the real trade, and it is why the plain 65 L is on this page as the alternative: if you never carry anything that needs insulating, buying the cooler version costs you a third of the bag.
One spec here is genuinely better
The 65 L cooler model is 1680D Oxford where most of this category is 600D. The denier is yarn weight, so 1680D is roughly three times heavier. On a bag that gets loaded with heavy, cold, damp things every week, that is the specification that decides whether the seams at the strap anchors survive the second year.
